In the heart of Athens, lies this small oasis, one that is dedicated to great service and exceptional food. Chef Alexandros Kardasis is the brains behind this restaurant and takes on Mediterranean and Greek food combined with modern and innovative techniques. We suggest sitting in the courtyard on a warm day or night as the greenery is simply beautiful and the décor inviting. The menu keeps changing here often depending on the season, but one thing they promise to diners is they never use canned food, microwaves or cooking powders. Think of items such as in-house baked breads, sauces and creams that are prepared in the restaurant and local Greek ingredients including produce and cheeses. The wine list also changes with seasons and although you can find a lot of traditional Greek wines on it, you will also find plenty of rare local grapes that you may not have heard of. With beautiful décor, a wonderful staff and authentic and more importantly delicious food, there is never a bad time to eat here.
