Peru is infamous for being the country that produces some of the best coffee beans in the world and exports its best wares. As a result most of its cafés stock mediocre coffee beans. But this isn’t the case at Arabica Espresso Bar in Lima—the café boasts of some of the finest beans because people who are truly passionate about good coffee run it. Arabica Espresso Bar is the brainchild of the owners of Tostaduria Bisetti, another commendable coffee shop in Lima. One of the branches of Arabica Espresso Bar is conveniently located in the Larcomar Shopping Centre and it’s the place where all coffee connoisseurs congregate. And why shouldn’t they? Arabica Espresso Bar boasts of several apparatus and methods of the slow coffee movement including siphons, chemex, pour overs, French press, and aero press. The resultant coffee is so good that you will want to savour every sip of it instead of downing it for a caffeine kick. All the cakes and pastries at Arabica Espresso Bar are baked in-house as well so expect some yummy surprises with each of your coffees.
