Japanese contemporary artist Yayoi Kusama has brightened up the New York Botanical Garden. The acclaimed Japanese artist, known for his bright and colourful works of art, has an exhibition at the Botanical Garden in the city, which is called Kusama: Cosmic Nature.
One of the best things at the exhibition is the greenhouse that will grow, and develop during the length of the exhibition, which is for six months. Here at the Botanical Garden exhibition, you will come to see some of the early works, and signature paintings, organic sculptures and more by the 92-year old artist. Not only this, but the exhibition also has a horticultural showcase that is based on one of her many paintings.
Kusama’s earliest works are that of blooms in the hot house of her family nursery, and from there she went on to create large scale sculptures, installations, and more, all related to nature. She even has a series of great paintings of plants, and landscapes.
