As Libya faces a new war, a Libyan businessman by the name of Mustafa Iskandar opened an art gallery in Tripoli. The plan is to attract attention to the war-torn old city, and to revive its lost glory.

As Libya faces a new war, a Libyan businessman by the name of Mustafa Iskandar opened an art gallery in Tripoli. The plan is to attract attention to the war-torn old city, and to revive its lost glory.
Moreover, Iskandar had also sent invitations to embassies and artists; but, to his dismay, the diplomats never showed up as tension escalated in the city. As per reports, eastern Libyan forces have sent in jets and ground forces, making the city an unsafe place for residents.
As of now, the businessman hopes to call people back into the city and to refurbish its lost glory. The medium for which, as of now, is art.
