The Aquinnah cliffs add to the beauty of this beach. There you would also see sunbathers taking mud from the cliffs and having fun with mud baths! The cliffs are picturesque and consist of different sands, gravels, and colors. All this is well complemented by the blue waters of the ocean.
Earlier, the beach used to be less crowded. However, with people now becoming more aware of its scenic beauty, it is frequented more. What better time can there be than to visit it in the off-season when it is less crowded and you have the beach all to yourself?
Once you are at the beach, you can go to different places. ‘The Bite’ is reported to be the best restaurant for serving seafood straight from the water. You could also make a trip to the resort town of Edgartown, which was once a seaport village.
