Soak in the atmosphere, say hello to the Little Mermaid, pass by the colourful monuments lining up the Nyman, sail past the boats, gaze at awe at the Charlottenburg Palace, see the stately parliament and the old stock market, the newly designed Opera House, the Michelin starred Noma restaurant and the ancient quarter of Christianshavn. This is one experience you must not miss in Copenhagen. My personal highlights are the quaint wooden ships that line against the rainbow hued townhouses at the Nyhavn or the New Harbour, that take you back to the 17th century. The waterfront is now filled with restaurants, bars and cafes and I would recommend that you stop here after your cruise for a cup of coffee or a drink and let the breeze sweep you off your feet.
