Yes, you read that right; there is a town by the name on Santa Claus in Indiana, USA, and is a place like no other. As for its name, Santa Claus has an interesting story. Back in the 19th century, its original name was scrapped and the townspeople decided to rename it as Santa Claus then. Of course, this was a much cooler name! What makes this town cooler is that the Christmas decorations stay put here for the whole year, and it is also home to the Holiday World, complete with a water park and some of the coolest coaster rides you would have ever come across.

The theme park was opened to the public in 1940 and sees visitors throughout the year. Other than the park, Santa Claus is also home to the Lincoln State Park, Santa's Candy Castle, Santa Claus Museum, Christmas Lake Golf Club, a lake named Rudolph as well as some great distilleries too.
The town also has post office dedicated to Santa Claus, which receives 20,000 letters every year during the Christmas season. What makes it a happy town is the fact that each of these letters is answered by postal workers, referred to as Santa's elves. Among the other places to visit here, the post office is also a star attraction, with a lot of happy kids lining up the road to it!
