The news is definitely going to shock the owners of the famous shacks, as their entire business will be severely affected. Not only this, Parrikar also warned against the fine hike for littering and carrying plastic bags in the city and on beaches from next month. The fine for carrying plastic bags will go up from INR 100 to INR 2500.
It seems like the Goan CM is all set and determined to make Goa a pollution free state in no time!
