Ristorante La Riviera is a cosy, fine dining restaurant, located at the western end of the Zattere with views over the gorgeous Giudecca canal that is rated as one of the best restaurants in Venice. You can either dine inside the intimate restaurant in a historic and atmospheric 17th century building or dine outside on the terrace, while enjoying the views over the water and stunning sunsets.

La Riviera has a seasonal menu that focuses on innovate and interesting dishes made with fresh, local produce. The homemade pasta and fresh fish of the day are highlights, but all dishes are inventive, fresh and perfectly cooked. Don’t forget to leave room to try the tiramisu.

There is also a large wine list that includes many local and organic wines. The service is attentive without being overbearing, and the staff is only too happy to help explain the menu to help you select the perfect wine to accompany your meal.
