Abir Chatterjee is all set to play the roles of both, a 70-year-old Byomkesh, and his young handsome grandson Satyaki in Debaloy Bhattacharya’s ‘Bidaay Byomkesh’.

Debaloy Bhattacharya, the director of Bidaay Byomkesh plays a casting director in Birsa Dasgupta’s Crisscross.

After winning hearts as a young detective Byomkesh Bakshi in films such as ‘Byomkesh Bakshi’ (2015), ‘Abar Byomkesh’ (2004), ‘Byomkesh Phire Elo’ (2014), ‘Har Har Byomkesh’ (2015) and ‘Byomkesh Parbo’ (2016), Abir Chatterjee plays the roles of both, a 70-year-old detective, and his grandson Satyaki in Debaloy Bhattacharya’s ‘Bidaay Byomkesh’.

Sritama Dey, who is a part of serials like Gurudakshina and Jai Kali Kalkattawali wants to do credible work in a mega serial.

Missile Utshob, a song from the film Shri Swapankumarer Badami Hyenar Kobole, was launched on a luxurious cruise on the Ganges. The song features the beautiful voice of Rishi Panda, with music by Amit Chatterjee and lyrics by Debaloy Bhattacharya. The lead duo of the film, Abir Chatterjee and Shruti Das, portray Dipak Chatterjee and Tashi respectively.
