Who is this program for?
This program is designed for students from Classes 4 to 12 who want to learn social etiquette, digital manners, and confident communication in a fun and interactive way.
Do students need any prior experience?
No prior experience is required. The program is designed for complete beginners as well as students who want to improve their social etiquette, digital manners, and communication skills.
What will my child learn in this program?
Your child will learn social etiquette, digital manners, video call behaviour, group chat etiquette, gaming lobby conduct, and confident communication skills through fun activities and role plays.
What is the class format?
The program consists of live, interactive online sessions filled with games, role plays, fun activities, and real-life social scenarios to help students learn etiquette and digital manners in an engaging way.
Is this program interactive or just theory-based?
It is highly interactive and activity-based. Students learn through games, role plays, live exercises, group participation, challenges, and fun engagement activities, without boring lectures.
How many sessions are included in the program?
The program includes 5 live sessions along with 1 complimentary special session.
What are the batch timings?
There will be two fixed batches: Morning batch: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Evening batch: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Batch allocation will be done based on availability and batch size.
Can parents choose their preferred batch?
No. Batch allocation will be done by the program team based on the student’s class group to ensure age-appropriate learning and interaction.
Can my child attend if they miss a session?
Please note: Session recordings will not be available. To support attendance, we conduct the same class twice a day — one morning batch and one evening batch. If you miss one session, you may attend the alternate slot on the same day. However, if both sessions are missed, a makeup class or recording will not be provided.
Will students receive a certificate?
Certificates will be awarded based on attendance.
How will this help my child academically and in the future?
The program helps children develop confidence, polished behaviour, communication skills, and social awareness that are valuable in school, leadership opportunities, interviews, and future professional environments.
Is this suitable for shy or introverted children?
Absolutely. The program is designed to gently encourage participation and help children become more confident and socially comfortable at their own pace.
What if my child has doubts after class?
All doubts and queries may be shared over email at support.toi@timesinternet.in. The mentors and internal team will assist and respond.
Can two children or siblings attend using one registration?
No. Each registration is valid for one student only. Participation access and certification are applicable to a single student only.
Can parents attend along with students?
Yes, parents may accompany students during sessions. However, students are encouraged to participate independently to build confidence and social skills.
What rewards or recognition will students receive?
Rewards and recognition may include a Certificate of Completion, feature opportunities on TOI platforms, and special recognition for outstanding participation and performance during the sessions.
Is there a refund policy?
No refunds will be provided once payment is completed, except in case of cancellation of the Program by TOI
What is the program fee?
The program fee is ₹9,999. The original price of ₹14,999 is currently being offered at a special discounted price
Is there any referral benefit available?
Yes. Under the referral program, the referred user receives a ₹1,000 discount, and the referrer also receives referral benefits.
Are there any bulk registration discounts available?
Yes. Bulk pricing is applicable for registrations of 10 students or more. Discounts are available as follows: 10 registrations – 10% discount 20 registrations – 20% discount 30 registrations – 30% discount and so on.
