Amazon launches Echo Dot Max, Echo Studio in India: Price, features and more

Amazon has unveiled two new Alexa-powered smart speakers in India, the Echo Dot Max and Echo Studio, designed to deliver premium audio experiences alongside advanced smart home automation. The Echo Dot Max is Amazon’s most powerful Echo Dot to date, offering nearly 3x the bass compared to the Echo Dot (5th Gen). It introduces the first-ever two-way speaker system in the Dot lineup, combining a high-excursion woofer for deep bass with a custom tweeter for crisp highs. The redesigned audio architecture doubles the air space, enhancing bass efficiency and room-filling sound.Both are available on Amazon.in and Flipkart, with Prime members eligible for 5% cashback via Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit cards and free delivery across India.Echo Studio delivers room-adapting spatial audio with Dolby Atmos, creating immersive surround sound. It features a compact spherical design with 3D knit fabric for acoustic transparency, a powerful woofer, and three full-range drivers strategically placed to fill the room with clarity and depth.Both devices are powered by Amazon’s AZ3 custom silicon for faster performance and improved Alexa responsiveness.
