Lalit Prabhakar:
Show: Julun Yeti Reshimgathi
Screen Name: Aditya Desai
Lalit had done a minor role in a serial before he became the talk of the town with Julun Yeti... Now his fans know him more with the screen name 'Aditya' than his real name! "A romantic guy who equally loves his wife and the family is a rare combination. My role in the serial is of such ideal man that every family wants for their daughter. Also I think this is the first time that a make character is also seen as a protagonist in a TV show. All these factors have helped getting my character all the attention. I am glad that not only women but men too have liked my role," quips Lalit.

Show: Tu Maza Sangati
Screen Name: Avali
The 19 year old actor from Pune hails from the theatre background had never anticipated to crack the lead role this early in her career. The actress who is currently playing Avali of the hit television serial Tu Maza Sangati which is based upon the life of saint Tukaram, is glad to share the screen-space with well known actors like Chinmay Mandlekar. The dimpled actress has already created a fan base with her acting skills and easy presence on the screen. The actress said, “There were a few experienced actors along with me for the auditions. So, I had never expected that I would be chosen to play such a prominent role in an already popular serial. But everything happens for a cause they say! Playing a simple, typical but devoted wife of a saint like Tukaram was a challenge and so far I think I have succeeded in it.”

Ashwini Kasar:

Show: Kamla
Screen Name: Kamla
She is the newest face on television who made her entry just a few days back with the drama called Kamla. The serial is inspired by legendary playwright Vijay Tendulkar’s play with the same name (Kamla). It deals with the subject of human trafficking where Ashwini is playing the title role in the serial and in a few day’s span people are already appreciating her fluent performance as a village girl. Ashwini is also extensively involved in commercial as well as experimental theatre and believes in preparing her role. “I believe the simplicity of my character and her positive attitude is something that is been liked by the audience so far. We have not seen the serial of such serious topic in recent times and therefore audience are appreciating it. My role was not simple to portray but my theatre background has helped me a lot.”

Show: Jai Malhar
Screen Name: Mhalsa
Many people know her by her screen name Mhalsa, a character that she plays in the popular mythological show Jai Malhar. Surabhi's character as a strong headed, strict, straight forward and less emotional Mhalsa has won her many accolades so far. "Playing Mhalsa was not that difficult for me as she is so much similar to me in real life. With appreciation i have also received strange feedbacks where people are scared of even talking to me due to my strong screen persona. But that is also a win for my character that I portrayed. I am glad to receive so much of love in a very short span," says Surabhi.

Screen Name: Aarav Deshmukh
The actor plays a sophisticated, simple, family-oriented and a soft-spoken man in the show. According to Suhrud, ‘Aarav Deshmukh is a man of every girl’s dreams.’ This debutant actor who was a radio jockey before entering into acting plays the role with absolute ease. “My previous job as an RJ might have helped me in my debut show. It made it easy to understand technical things like voice modulation in the field of acting and after I was offered this serial, there is no looking back!” said the actor.
