Mrinalini Sarabhai

Mrinalini Sarabhai was a multifaceted artist who excelled in Bharatanatyam. Along with her husband, Vikram Sarabhai, she established the Darpana Academy of Performing Arts. Her dance career, combined with her tireless efforts in arts education, left a legacy in the world of Indian classical dance. She was honoured with the national civilian award Padma Bhushan in 1992.
