5 fitness lessons from Kareena Kapoor Khan
For Kareena Kapoor Khan, being “phat” has always meant, “pretty, hot and tempting!”

“The reason why boxing or kickboxing is good for your mental health is because it helps you release pent-up aggression through a positive activity instead of anger. And releasing your aggression will help you heal your mind and think clearly,” she says.
The actress had worked with nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar, and the two often worked together to tweak Kapoor Khan's routine in accordance with her needs.
Her diet is a mixture of carbs, fats and protein. Rice and wheat are extremely essential to her. Greens like spinach, broccoli, and fenugreek make their way into her diet.
