Exaggeration

Don’t exaggerate facts as people can read into it. They can see you are lying and this will just ruin your reputation. Dramatising it a little is fine but overdoing it may turn you into a joke and people may end up never taking you seriously.

5 habits of a bad speaker

If you want to be a good speaker and sharpen your skills then there are many mistakes that people often make and you must not repeat them. People tend to say or act in ways which affect and ruins their personality in front of others. Here is a list of some of the key points that you must keep in mind.

3/6

Gossiping

When you talk ill about others in their absence and gossip about them, it indeed has a chain reaction. It first of all reflects on your reputation which is deemed negative and then people in turn gossip about you.

4/6

The negativity

When you talk, be optimistic and quit saying dull or negative things. When you talk negatively, you are perceived as a negative person overall, so stop doing that.

5/6

Being Judgy

Your conversations should not have judgments of other people. This makes the listener conscious of the fact that they too shall be judged by you later on. They will avoid you next time!

6/6

Complaining

We all have our own battles and struggles to fight but if we keep talking about it and complaining about it, people will run away from you as you are simply spreading the negative vibes! They too want to escape from the hell in their life so if you pile on more, who will like it?
