The Tanu Weds Manu actor, in an interview with Curly Tales, revealed that a core part of his diet involved chewing each piece of food between 45 to 60 times before swallowing. Madhavan completed his last daily meal at 6:45 pm and refrained from consuming raw foods after 3 pm.
