They are usually fruit flavoured and have a sweet taste which is perfect for fussy eaters. You can consult your dietitian and safely give immunity-boosting gummy bears to your child.

Gulping down tablets is not only unsafe for kids but is also never recommended by doctors. In such a situation, it is best to stick to water-soluble tablets. Usually, these immunity-boosting tablets are available in orange or lemon flavours and are loaded with vitamin C. You can dissolve it in water and easily give this flavoured water to your kids.

You can make orange beetroot juice or carrot kinnow juice, which will give you a good dose of vitamin C and iron. Similarly, strawberry shake, mango shake, kiwi juice and watermelon juice can be made with summer special fruits.
