How to make Gud Roti?

To make Gud Roti, first put some ghee in a pan and roast sesame seeds on a low flame. After that grind the sesame seeds coarsely. Then, add some ghee to the pan and fry the gram flour. After this, mix besan, wheat flour, jaggery, and sesame seeds together. Then knead the dough from the mixture and make roti from it. Once done, enjoy with some homemade butter or ghee to increase the taste as well as your health.
