The national capital is experiencing a severe heatwave. As per reports, the city felt 51.9 degrees Celsius on Wednesday. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange alert and suggested staying indoors during peak heat hours, eating lower-calorie food, and drinking safe fluids. There are several desi drinks that can aid in staying hydrated during extreme heat. This traditional drink is made with roasted gram flour (sattu), along with onion, salt, black, salt, chaat masala, pudina, and coriander leaves.
