What is a lemon battery?
As per the post, the record was created by Shaiful Islam with the help of the Royal Society of Chemistry. This biggest fruit battery produces enough power to kick start a go-kart race. In the viral video, Shaiful explains how electricity is formed and why lemons are used in this experiment. He also explains that this lemon battery prototype will not be going in vain, he will be using the same to create low carbon energy which is essential in today's world given the adverse effect our carbon footprints have left on the planet.
