In the video, he said, "Egg is the worst thing you can consume on a daily basis. At this time, after this equinox, which will happen in a few days, there is a tendency for certain type of people, particularly women, they will feel kind of lethargy, lack of energy. If you don't reverse it with the right kind of food consumption, you tend to get into that dip." He further added that there are many things which are very high in B12 that we make in our homes and everybody is supposed to consume. But today you eat bread and eggs for breakfast.

If you just want muscle, then you can eat something else," he added. Importance of protein and vitamin B12

According to experts, protein is the building block of the human body. It plays a key role in the growth, repair and maintenance of the body. Proteins are also needed to produce enzymes, hormones, and antibodies that support body functions and strengthen the immune system. According to experts, protein not just helps build muscles, bones, skin, hair, and tissues, it also helps in producing enzymes, hormones, and antibodies that support body functions and strengthen the immune system. Since the body cannot store protein in the same way it stores fats and carbohydrates, consuming protein-rich foods regularly is important for overall health and well-being. In addition to supporting muscle health, protein can help keep you feeling fuller for longer, which may aid in weight management by reducing unnecessary snacking. And, vitamin B12 is very important for the human body because it supports several essential functions that help maintain overall health. It helps protect nerve cells and supports proper brain function, memory, and concentration. A deficiency in Vitamin B12 can cause anemia, dizziness, numbness in hands and feet, mood changes, and memory problems. It is important for memory, concentration, and healthy brain activity. Adequate B12 levels may help improve focus and mental clarity. Also, it has been proven that Vitamin B12 is necessary for making and repairing DNA, which is essential for cell growth and body development. In women, low levels of vitamin B12 can cause tingling, numbness, balance problems, and nerve damage if left untreated. Adequate B12 is important for memory, concentration, and mood. Deficiency has been associated with cognitive difficulties and symptoms such as depression or irritability.
