Understanding Hrithik Roshan's food philosophy

Actor Hrithik Roshan is known for his chiseled physique, attained through strict workout and diet routine. His fitness instructor Kris Gethin, once mentioned that apart from a disciplined workout routine, the actor swears by homemade foods. In a recent post on Instagram, he shared his new motto of eating less and loving better and at the same time, make the daily food plate look huge. The carousel post simplified his food philosophy, which is realistic, disciplined, and surprisingly simple. The small portion sizes of 11 food items reflected the art of balance, awareness, and making food work for the body, not against it. He wrote, "New motto: Eat less, love better.
