Raw Banana Nachos with Spicy Salsa


To make this, simply slice raw bananas into thin chips, coat them with salt, pepper, and paprika. Bake or air-fry them until crisp and serve as nachos with tomato salsa, chopped onions, jalapeños, grated cheese, and a drizzle of yogurt–mint dip.

Combine boiled raw banana and moong dal paste. Season them with salt, pepper, chilli, coriander, and baking soda. Pour the batter in a greased appe pan and cook with minimum oil. Serve hot with peanut and coconut chutney.
