Ayurveda is an ancient system of medicine that originated in India more than 5,000 years ago. It is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Ayurveda emphasizes the use of natural remedies, including herbs, oils, and diet, to promote healing and prevent illness. On the other hand, detoxing is important because toxins can build up in the body over time and contribute to a wide range of health problems, including fatigue, headaches, digestive issues, skin problems, and more serious health conditions like cancer and cardiovascular disease.

When we talk about the detoxing in Ayurveda, then you will be surprised to know that there so many different ways to detox, and today we will be talking about detox drinks used in Ayurveda. Triphala Tea

Triphala has been used for years to remove toxins from the body. Amla, Haritaki (Harad) and Baheda powder are mixed in this churan. It is known for its detoxifying properties and is commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine to promote healthy digestion and eliminate toxins from the body. To make this, keep one spoon of Triphala powder in warm water for 5-10 minutes to soak. You can also add a teaspoon of honey to it for extra sweetness. Drink this tea when it is lukewarm.

Ginger and Lemon Tea

Ginger is a powerful antioxidant, which can help flush out toxins from the body. It is also a natural anti-inflammatory, which helps reduce inflammation in the body. On the other hand, lemon is rich in vitamin C, which is essential for maintaining a healthy immune system. It works to detox the body. To make ginger and lemon tea, you grate about 30 to 40 grams of ginger in a grater. After this, put about a glass of water on the gas and boil the water with grated ginger. When the water boils, turn off the gas and add the juice of one lemon to it. You can also add a spoon of honey to it for sweetness.

Turmeric and honey milk

Turmeric is commonly used to relieve inflammation. It has antioxidant properties, which improve digestion and boost the immune system. When turmeric is mixed with milk and honey, it makes a delicious and nutritious Ayurvedic drink that can help detoxify the body. To make turmeric and honey milk, heat a cup of milk in a pan and add a pinch of turmeric powder and a teaspoon of honey to it. Shake well and drink it hot.

CCF Tea

You can improve your digestion with cumin, coriander and fennel (CCF). All three are used in Ayurvedic medicines. To make its tea, boil one teaspoon each of cumin, coriander and fennel in hot water for 5-10 minutes. After this, after a boil, turn off the gas. Strain the tea in a glass and drink it with honey.

Aloe vera juice

Aloe vera is a plant known for its healing properties. Stomach disorders can be removed by this. Also, aloe vera is helpful in improving digestion. You can detox the body with aloe vera juice. To make aloe vera juice, you extract the gel from fresh aloe vera leaves. Blend it with about a glass of water. After this drink it. If you do not like the taste of this drink, then you can add some honey.
