All about the collection

Before going on the ramp, an excited Divya Khosla said, "I don't feel like I am going on the ramp. This outfit is so me. It is light and translucent and I already feel like it belongs to my wardrobe. All I need to do is remove the heels and get going in my sneakers."

Silk and metal

The fabrics used were silk satin and metal fabric. Manipulation of line within the collection creates sensuous curves and angles to the body structure.

Inspired by geometric patterns

Designer Nivedita Saboo's collection was inspired by geometric patterns; combined with lots of shimmer and beads. Female models wore floral gowns with beads detailing, while men sported asymmetrical fit outfits.

The showstoppers

Punjabi sensation Guru Randhawa and actress Urvashi Rautela sizzled the ramp in Saboo's dreamy ensemble. For designer Nivedita, it was double dose of excitement to have Guru Randhawa and Urvashi as the show stopper. She said, "The collection is inspired from the architectural and geometrical patterns for those who are confident enough to fill any space in the world. The pattern included distorted lines and patterns developed to compliment the fabrics that were developed in different parts of the country. The collection was dominated by the shades of grey, blue, emerald, ivory and burgundy."
