Six people were injured at one of SK Hynix's chip factories in Cheongju, South Korea, due to a hydrogen fluoride gas leak, Yonhap News Agency reported, citing a fire official.
The leak of the toxic gas happened after a fire broke out, the official said, adding that the blaze has been contained.
