The Supreme Court on Friday expressed reluctance to appoint a commission of inquiry to look into alleged mismanagement of the Covid-19 pandemic by the government, observing that there is a worldwide view that the judiciary should refrain from interfering in decisions taken by the executive in such emergency situations.
