In an interview with US weekly in 2024, Dodd Romero, her trainer, mentioned that “she is tough and really doesn't ever complain about anything. Wherever I tell her to go, she will go.”
The actress is active on social media platforms like Instagram and keeps on updating about her fitness to her fans by sharing snippets of her workout routine in her Instagram.
Her set one consists of 50 hang ab raises, 50 incline sit-ups with a 45 pound plate.
Set two is all about everything from the first set but with 35 reps.
Same with set 3, but with 21 reps this time.
All these strength focused workouts is what helps Lopez to be extremely active and glam at this age.
The session included eight exercises targeting her arms, legs and core, using only a set of dumbbells and a yoga mat. The routine was practical and disciplined and this approach has helped her to maintain her gorgeous physique over the years.
Her trainer Dodd Romero had informed that Lopez works three times a week, focusing on resistance exercises such as hanging ab raises, rope crunches and weighted sumo-style pilé squats.
The program comprises leg pulses and box step-ups, all while wearing 1.5 pound ankle weight.
“We do a 10-move leg program focusing on the glutes and the cinching of the waist,” Tracy told Us Weekly in 2024. "Moving is part of Jennifer’s core values. She does what she needs to do.” Yes Lopez does this workout with Tracy herself!
She told the publication that she prefers exercising first thing in the morning, regardless of her schedule.
