Famous Tollywood celebs who should join Twitter, ASAP!

In today’s tech savvy world, everyone is an avid user of social media. Celebs are no exception to this rule. Tollywood celebs in particular are very active on Twitter and connect regularly with their ever growing fan base. But there are still a few really popular Telugu celebs that have not joined the micro blogging platform. Take a look at who they are and why their fans are anxious to see them on Twitter.

Prabhas

Yes, the golden boy of ‘Baahubali’ is not on Twitter! Almost everyone from the film team including the director SS Rajamouli, female lead Tamannaah Bhatia, villain Rana Daggubati are all there except for Prabhas. What you will find instead are a large number of fan clubs with fans clamouring for the actor to join the social media. Rana has even promised that he will bring Prabhas to Twitter soon. Fingers crossed!

Chiranjeevi

Megastar Chiranjeevi too is not very social media savvy. Of course that is understandable considering that he is an old-school actor. But then again, actors like Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan have joined the Twitter mania, so why should Chiru hold back? Moreover, since he is making a re-entry in films, now will be an excellent time to treat his fans by joining and creating a storm on social media.

Ram Charan

The son too has followed the example of his father Chiranjeevi and refrained from Twitter. This dashing actor is a Tollywood heartthrob and a fast emerging star. He has a lot of female fans who will be extremely delighted if he graces them with his presence on Twitter. However, that seems unlikely at the moment because he had revealed recently at a Facebook chat that he was not really comfortable with Twitter so was going to stick with Facebook instead.

Anushka Shetty

Perhaps the only female celeb who is not on Twitter and actively wooing her fans with selfies is Anushka Shetty. Well, not quite, for she has an official fan page that she keeps an eye on everything about the pretty actress. But that still does not equal having your own account. Maybe she doesn’t know her own strength, for she is one of the few actresses, who can make a movie super hit without any big heroes. Great examples are ‘Arundhathi’ and ‘Rudramadevi’, which were her show all the way. With ‘Baahubali 2’ fast approaching, it’s high time she joined the party.

Venkatesh Daggubati

Venkatesh, although not a superstar, is a pretty famous name in Tollywood and even in Kollywood. Also, he is still pretty much kicking and delivering hits after hits. Not just that, he is doing a remake of Madhavan’s ‘Saala Khadoos’, so his fans will really appreciate if he can share his gymming pics as he will undergo a physical transformation for his role.

Brahmanandam

The most famous comedian that Telugu cinema has ever seen, Brahmanandam has been a part of over thousand movies, which is a Guinness world record in itself. He has a huge fan base that simply admires his ability to make them laugh. Although this ace comedian is there on Facebook, he has not joined Twitter for some reason. Not only his fans will enjoy if he did, but non Telugu people will also get to witness his humour on the micro blogging platform.
