She grabbed eyeballs with her performance in the movie where she essayed Naina, who falls in love with a guy with a typical attitude. She feds up with his strange behaviour and decides to break up with him. She totally takes the limelight on herself in the songs.

Kick has its sequel

Kick managed to become a super hit film at the box office that year. The film was such a massive hit that today, it has become a franchise and a sequel – Kick 2 (2015) has already been released and was an average fare at the box office. However, Ravi Teja's portrayal of the loveable yet typical youth, Kalyan, enthralled the audiences twice. In fact, in the second part, the actor played the dual role; father Kalyan and song Robin Hood. The first part was a major blockbuster and went on to become the 9th highest-grossing Telugu film of 2015 in the United States.

6/6

Foot-tapping tracks

The background score and soundtrack for the film was composed by SS Thaman who made debut as a music composer with this film. We may not have had all blockbuster tracks in the album, but we've definitely had a fair share of great songs to hum to. However, Thaman has belted out some of the biggest foot-tapping hits including Gore Gore, Dhim Thana and I Don't Want Love. All in all, the director tactfully blends good comedy with his hide-and-seek plot and leaves the audience in splits. Kick was later remade into Hindi with the same name and Salmaan Khan, and Jacqueline Fernandez played the lead pair.
