Did you know that Amrit Maan, the Goniana Jatt who is known for his ‘All Bamb’ kundi mucch and ‘Trending Nakhar’ holds his master's degree in engineering? Yes, Amrit Maan has done M.Tech in software engineering from Swami Vivekanand Institute of Engineering and Technology, Ramnagar, Mohali. In fact, it was during his college days only that he got inspired to do music professionally. According to the reports, one of his friends asked him to perform on one of his self-written songs in the college fest, post which Amrit Maan got so much love and appreciation that he decided to pursue music professionally.

The ‘Goriyan Goriyan’ fame singer Romaana also did his graduation in engineering. During one of the conversations with us, the singer told us, he finished his graduation in engineering but dropped out of the masters as by then he knew that music was his true calling. During the same conversation, Romaana also added that pursuing music or following your heart in any field is great, but one should never take his or her basic education for granted.

Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia a.k.a Badshah was also an engineer before he made his name in the music industry. He has a degree in civil engineering from Chandigarh, in fact, he even worked as a civil engineer. During one of his interviews with a national daily, the musical artist confessed that he is glad he got his break in the music industry and never looked back because wearing the helmet and going on the sites regularly was not something that he really enjoyed.

The ‘Temporary Pyar’ fame singer Kaka also reportedly has a degree in engineering. Earlier a lot of reports were doing the rounds that Kaka hasn’t even passed 5th grade. Putting such rumors to rest, in an interview that streamed online, his mother was seen saying that Kaka did his graduation in machinal engineering.

Punjabi singer and lyricist Sidhu Moosewala is one of the artists who is known to give the most desi tracks to the industry. However, did you know that this desi rockstar also holds a degree in engineering? Yes, Sidhu Moosewala has a graduate degree in electrical engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana. So it seems that he believed in giving electrifying performances even in academics.
