Shilpa Shetty likes to buy products online as she says e-commerce is "unparalleled" and gives her a convenient and reliable shopping experience. "I shop everything from house stuffs, shoes, cushions, even I have bought Diwali diya's online," Shilpa told IANS. "Who has the time to go and buy these products outside. How can I go and buy? Firstly, I hate shopping in India because of this 'selfie' culture as it kills my shopping experience. People forget that we are also human being. To make matters worse I'm a shopaholic. So, now things have become far more professional and today you can get products even on Sunday. The online shopping experience is mind blowing," she added.

Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, who is known for her fitness, has apparently refused to attend the event on International Yoga Day. According to a report on Mid-day.com, Shilpa and her team were in talks with a well known media organisation for an event which is to be held on June 21, 2015. But the actress, who initially showed interest in the offer, later refused. Reportedly, Shilpa demanded a huge fee which the organisers could not afford. Quoting a source, the report stated that since it is a charitable event, the organisers were expecting Shilpa to cut down on her fee or do it free of cost. However, that didn’t happen and the deal fell through, the report stated. The organisers may now go ahead with the event with another celebrity or no celebrity, concluded the report.

The match was held between Rajasthan Royals and Delhi Daredevils. In her excitement, Shilpa received great company from Arbaaz Khan and sister, Shamita Shetty who were enthusiastically hooting. Unfortunately Rajasthan Royals lost this match to Delhi Daredevils.

Shilpa Shetty has usually been there to support her team, Rajasthan Royals, from the stands. At the IPL tournament in 2010, Shilpa's entire family was present to cheer for the cricketers. Shilpa's father, Surendra Shetty and mother, Sunanda Shetty, were seen accompanying their daughter and son-in-law. The match was between Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals and was played at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai. Shilpa and Raj were seen blowing kisses and encouraging their team, however they lost the match to Mumbai Indians.
