The 67th Wolf777news Filmfare Awards 2022 brought all the small and big names of Bollywood under one roof to celebrate cinema. The star-studded event was hosted by Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor. Apart from celebs, Maharashtra's deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis also graced the event.

Ranveer Singh on Vicky Kaushal

Talking about Vicky Kaushal, Ranveer said, "Vicky Kaushal has had a wonderful year. Both Vicky and I are mama's boys. We both were supposed to play brothers in Karan Johar's 'Takht'." He added, "After all, we both are tall dark and handsome. Both of us are living our own fairy tales (marrying Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif). People tell us 'woh dono humare aukaat se bahar hai'."

Ranveer Singh on Alia Bhatt - Ranbir Kapoor's wedding

Talking about Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's wedding, Ranveer Singh said, "Alia-Ranbir’s wedding was the best. It was small, intimate and cosy. They saved so much money when it came to food. My Sindhi dad is also very happy with their wedding."

Maharashtra's Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis who graced the event and inaugurated the award ceremony with his wife Amruta Fadnavis said, "Mumbai is not just an economic capital but also an entertainment capital. Subhash Ghai on receiving Lifetime Achievement Award

Subhash Ghai who received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 67th Wolf777news Filmfare Awards said, "Back in 1965, on this very event, I had come here as a finalist for an award. Life does come full circle. Today, I owe this award to my mom. Back then, I was legit nobody. I started knocking doors of directors and producers’ for opportunities around. I knew no one around. I didn’t know how I could survive."

The filmmaker added, "I call myself lucky, that this award was being presented to me by Devendra Fadnavis. I’ve made every film with my heart today. Never worries whether the film would work or not. Never worried about box office numbers, or good scenes or edits. All of the money which I have made with my films, I have invested in my college. I am really blessed."

Mouni Roy on Marriage

When asked about how she is feeling about being nominated in the Best Actor (Female) category, the actress said, "I am feeling very excited. I am a bit nervous too. Because this is something I have always dreamt of since the time I decided to become an actor. It happened this time after 8 years and I am really looking forward to it and excited."

Vicky Kaushal on winning Best Actor (Critics)

Vicky Kaushal bagged the Best Actor (Critics) for his performance in 'Sardar Udham'. While receiving the trophy, the actor said, "This is my first Filmfare. This feels very very special. It was a special film for all of us. So thankful to Soojit Da. My performance in this film is a tribute to Irrfan Khan. I miss him so much."

Gesturing at his wife Katrina Kaif who was also present at the event, he said,"I love you, you brought so much happiness into my life."
