Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely demise has shocked the entire nation. The Bollywood actor passed away on June 14 at his Bandra residence and since then, a lot of new revelations have been coming to light every day. Today, Sushant’s ex-house manager Samuel Miranda was detained by the Narcotics Control Bureau after a 2-hour raid at his residence.

Who is Samuel Miranda?
According to reports, Rhea had hired Samuel Miranda to manage housekeeping at Sushant’s residence. But in a recent interview, Rhea rubbished the allegation and said that Samuel was hired by Sushant’s sister Priyanka Singh and not her. Rhea also stated that she didn't hire any staff members at Sushant’s residence.
Samuel Miranda’s connection to Rhea Chakraborty
Earlier, Rhea Chakraborty and Samuel’s Whatsapp chats were recovered where they were reportedly discussing drugs and weed. He has been detained under provisions of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. He was also summoned by the investigating agencies previously, as he was reportedly seen as one of the close associates of Rhea. Times Now had earlier accessed the chats between Rhea and Samuel where it was revealed that the actress also tried to change Sushant’s credit card pin.
Why is Samuel Miranda being grilled by CBI, NCB
Samuel was questioned by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case, related to Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise. And since Samuel was Sushant Singh Rajput’s ex-house manager, he is being grilled by the CBI, probing the late actor’s death. Earlier, the CBI had filed an FIR against Rhea, Indrajit Chakraborty, Sandhya Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda, Shruti Modi, and others.
Samuel Miranda’s connection to drugs
Sushant’s sister Shweta had released the chats between Rhea, Samuel, Showik and Siddharth Pithani. They were seen ordering someone to get doobie, which Google defines as a cannabis cigarette. In another conversation, Samuel had sent photographs of blueberry kush. And in yet another conversation, Siddharth Pithani was seen confirming whether Sushant had got the doobs.
