Madhumita Sarcar - ‘Brahmastra’

Madhumita still can’t forget Shah Rukh Khan's cameo as the scientist Mohan Bhargav in ‘Brahmastra’. It was speculated for quite some time before the film released, but once it hit the big screens people started sharing glimpses of SRK's action-packed and very dramatic cameo all over the internet. Needless to say, his small impactful role gained more traction than the film itself. In fact, Madhumita wishes to see a spin off movie on SRK’s scientist character.

Paayel Sarkar – ‘Rocketry_ The Nambi Effect’

Paayel Sarkar picks Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo in R. Madhavan’s directorial debut, the critically acclaimed ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’. The film saw Madhavan playing the role of Nambi Narayanan, the ISRO scientist who was wrongly accused of espionage. Shah Rukh Khan, meanwhile, plays himself in this biopic, where he interviews Madhavan’s Nambi during an emotional scene. This cameo also marked SRK’s return to the big screen four years after his 2018 film ‘Zero’.

Srabanti Chatterjee – ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’

Srabanti picks SRK’s guest appearance in the 2016 film ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’. ‘Ek tarfa pyar ki taqat hi kuch aur hoti hai, auron ke rishton ki tarah yeh do logon mein nahi batti, sirf mera haq hai ispe.’ Shah Rukh Khan literally stole the show with witty dialogue and a three-minute cameo in Karan Johar’s romantic film, ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’. Shah Rukh was seen as Tahir Taliyar Khan, the ex-husband of Saba (Aishwarya Rai Bachchan).

5/6

Swastika Dutta – ‘Luck by chance’

Shah Rukh’s special appearance as himself in Zoya Akhtar’s directorial debut, ‘Luck By Chance’, still resonates with aspiring actors and Swastika is one of them. In a scene with protagonist Vikram (Farhan Akhtar), Shah Rukh was seen sharing his insight on showbiz. He warns Vikram that stardom is intoxicating and people must never forget their friends who were there when he/she was ‘nothing’.

Ritabhari Chakraborty – ‘Bhoothnath Returns’

The second part of the Amitabh Bachchan-starrer ‘Bhoothnath Returns’, directed by Vivek Sharma, saw Shah Rukh Khan reprising his role as Aditya Sharma, father of Banku (Aman Siddiqui), who shares a close bond with the friendly ghost Bhoothnath (Amitabh Bachchan). Shah Rukh’s role in the second part was way smaller than his role in the first, but his presence still managed to make an impression and for Ritabhari, this will always be etched in her heart.
