Power shutdown in Trichy
Trichy: Power supply will be suspended in several parts of Trichy city on Friday (today) as Tangedco has announced maintenance works at Woraiyur and K Sathanur substations in the city. Tangedco said that areas including KK Nagar, Khajamalai Colony, Krishnamoorthy Nagar, Sundar Nagar, Ayyappa Nagar, LIC Colony, Mullai Nagar, Wireless Road, JK Nagar, K Sathanur, RS Puram, TSN Avenue, Rani Meiyammai Nagar, Pasumai Nagar, Morais City, Kalaignar Nagar, parts of Mannarpuram and Kottapattu, Nawab Thottam, Vathukkara Street, Cauvery Nagar, Nesavalar Colony, Sannadhi Street, Takkar Road, AUT Colony, Tyagaraja Nagar, Minnappan Street, Kuzhumani Road, Panjavanraswami Koil Street, and Fish market areas will face power shutdown between 9.30 am and 5 pm on Friday.
