AKU invites applications for 15 PG courses

Patna: Aryabhatta Knowledge University (AKU) on Tuesday invited applications for admission to 15 postgraduate programmes offered through its nine schools. According to a university notification, the last date for online submission of applications is June 15.The school of nano science and technology offers an AICTE-approved MTech programme in nano science and technology with 20 seats, while the school of geographical studies offers an MA in geography with 50 seats.The school of journalism and mass communications runs six courses, including an MA in journalism and mass communications with 30 seats, along with postgraduate diploma programmes in film making, photography, science communication, development communication, and digital and online journalism, each with 30 seats.The school of river studies offers an MSc in river science and management (20 seats) and an AICTE-approved MTech in water resource engineering (24 seats).Other programmes include an MA in economics at the Patliputra school of economics (40 seats), an MBA through the school of management teachings (60 seats), an MA in philosophy (30 seats), an MSc in stem cell biology and regenerative medicine (20 seats), and an MSc in space science and astronomy (10 seats).The notification said further details regarding the courses and admission process are available on the AKU website.
