Now sewage mixed water with e coli must be tested in bannerghatta water near spar hypermarket where garbage is dumped on opposite road and open urinal, infected water will kill millions, incineration of garbage must or all must be taken to bbmp offices and made landfill which is better, time to outsource civic agency to Britain or Singapore, indians must not touch any infrastructure
