Madonna, the versatile songwriter and actress, has promoted yoga in many of her interviews, saying, “I don't workout anymore. I do yoga. Yoga is so simple; it is much better than working out.”

Madonna has long embraced Ashtanga yoga, which has helped her become strong from within.

Speaking about yoga, she said, “One can sit in a lotus position and still do yoga. You can walk on a beach and start doing yoga; it starts with your state of mind.”

For her, it is more than a fitness routine that requires rules and regulations. According to her, yoga is a meditative process that she enjoys deeply and finds spiritually enriching. The mother of four associates yoga with her daily cardio-driven workout sessions.

The pop icon has had a shining career, with eighteen multi-platinum albums globally, including Like a Virgin, True Blue, The Immaculate Collection, and many more.

Academy Award winner Matthew McConaughey loves to stay flexible and fit through yoga. He has been practising Bikram yoga, which has helped him in his holistic journey.
The Interstellar actor grew up in Texas, where temperatures often ranged around 35°C.
This made him more inclined towards Bikram yoga, as it is practiced indoors in rooms where the temperature is 35°C or higher and where sessions last 90 minutes.

In 2022, the actor had a conversation with Sadh guru in which they discussed how yoga is a technology that inherently means "union".
