​‘Can This Love be Translated?’

‘Can This Love be Translated?’ is a South Korean romantic comedy-drama, released on January 16. The 12-episode series stars Kim Seon-ho and Go Youn-jung.


The show follows the love story of actor Cha Mu-hee and language interpreter Joo Ho-jin as their professional collaboration on a reality travel show gradually turns personal. The series explores the idea that love cannot always be "translated" directly but must be experienced, dealing with themes of trauma, self-sabotage, and emotional growth.

‘Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials’

This is a three-part miniseries adaptation of Agatha Christie’s 1929 novel. ‘Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials’ presents a stylish, fast-paced period drama blending classic murder mystery with espionage and 1920s social satire. The series was released on January 15 and stars Mia McKenna-Bruce, Helena Bonham Carter, and Martin Freeman.


The story begins when a prank goes wrong and pulls a young woman into a secretive group, strange clues, and a dangerous puzzle that hints at a much bigger conspiracy.

‘Steal’ is a heist thriller miniseries released on January 21, 2026. The series stars Sophie Turner, Archie Madekwe, and Jacob Fortune-Lloyd, and consists of 6 episodes.


‘Steal’ follows an ordinary office worker, Zara, whose typical day at a pension-fund investment company is turned upside down when a group of violent thieves stage a massive heist. As the investigation continues, Zara finds herself at the center of a complex mystery.

‘Love Through a Prism’

‘Love Through a Prism’ is a 20-episode anime series by ‘Boys Over Flowers’ creator Yoko Kamio, set in early 1900s London.
Japanese art student Lili Ichijoin is at a prestigious academy where her rivalry with a gifted classmate, Kit, blossoms into romance amidst artistic growth and social challenges, offering a gentle, hopeful story about love, dreams, and finding light in darkness.


This coming-of-age anime series is available on Netflix.

'Pluribus'

‘Pluribus’ is an American post-apocalyptic science fiction series created by the same filmmaker behind ‘Breaking Bad’, Vince Gilligan. The series was released in November 2025 and has 9 episodes.


The plot begins when a benevolent alien virus merges most of humanity into a peaceful, collective hive mind, leaving a few immune individuals, like romance author Carol Sturka (played by Rhea Seehorn). The series questions deeper themes about individuality versus collective harmony.


The series is available on Apple TV+.
