What is 'Clarkson's Farm' Season 5 about?

The official synopsis for season five reads: "Clarkson's Farm is back, and amidst a government budget that sends the UK farming community into uproar, Jeremy decides some big changes are needed to make the farm run more smoothly. But while the farm tries to go high-tech, resulting in Kaleb's first ever trip abroad, even bigger developments are heading for Diddly Squat that are going to prove much more of a challenge."


Reviews for the new season have been generally positive so far, with The Guardian issuing a three-star verdict, saying the show works best when it returns to its roots of showing "a guy eager to learn more about something alien to him."

Will there be a 'Clarkson's Farm' Season 6?

Season 6 looks highly likely, with Clarkson himself writing in his Sunday Times column earlier this year that production had briefly been halted due to poor weather, suggesting filming is already underway. The Independent reported in April that planning documents submitted to West Oxfordshire District Council relating to his farm shop stated: "Season five will air this year and season six has been commissioned and will air in summer 2027."
