Meet the woman behind ban on corporal punishment in schools

Kusum Jain is a founder member of the Parents Forum for Meaningful Education. When she found out that the Delhi School Education Rules, 1973 allowed corporal punishment, she filed a PIL in Delhi High Court. The court then banned corporal punishment in schools. Watch a 'We The People' initiative.
