INX Media case: Chidambaram's judicial custody extended till Oct 17

A Delhi court on Thursday extended former finance minister P Chidambaram's judicial custody till October 17 in INX Media corruption case. The court allowed the former finance minister to have home cooked food once a day. Earlier, Chidambaram stated in his bail plea in the top court that his health is deteriorating and he lost 4 kilograms. Chidambaram's plea said: "His health is frail. He has been kept in a cell and given food that he is not accustomed to. He has already lost 4 kgs in the period of judicial custody."
