Economic Offences Wing (EOW) arrested jeweller Pankaj Soni in a multi-victim case for allegedly cheating through a lucky draw scheme ‘Dhan Laxmi Lucky Draw’ in Delhi. He is the owner of Shree Balaji Jewellers in Karol Bagh. He allegedly deceived several gullible investors by taking monthly deposits and trying to flee away.
