External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar came down hard on Pakistan foreign minister Bilawal Bhutto. In a response to a question, Dr Jaishankar said that as a foreign minister of an SCO state, Bhutto was treated accordingly. However, as a representative of a terror state, his positions were called out, Jaishankar added. He also ruled out talks with Pakistan saying victims of terror don't talk to perpetrators of terror to discuss terrorism.
