Ukraine: Kherson region residents evacuated after dam destroyed

The Ukrainian State Emergency Service on Tuesday shared footage of rescuers evacuating people from flooded areas in the Kherson region after a major dam in the region partially collapsed. The dramatic rupture of the Kakhovka dam that contained Ukraine's largest reservoir released a torrent of water on Tuesday, raising fears of widespread damage and flooding.
