The sudden demise of actor Sidharth Shukla has left the entire nation and TV-film industry shocked. His colleagues, friends and fans posted tributes for him on social media. However, a netizen confused him with 'Rang De Basanti' actor Siddharth. The internet user took to his Twitter handle and wrote 'R.I.P Siddharth' and shared the South actor's photo in the tweet. While reacting to it strongly, actor Siddharth called it 'hate and harassment' as he responded by writing, 'Targeted hate and harassment. What have we been reduced to?' This is not the first time the actor, who is not only known for his impeccable acting skills but also for voicing his opinions bravely on social media has fallen prey to such trolls. Earlier, a Twitter user shared a screenshot of a video claiming that the actor is dead. After coming across the video, which was published three years ago with the title - 10 South Indian Celebrities who died young which has an image of him along with late actresses like Soundarya and Aarthi Agarwal, Siddharth penned a tweet and revealed that even after complaining to the video streaming platform about it, he has received rather an unexpected response from them saying that there is nothing wrong with the video.
