Senior Bollywood actor and former 'Bigg Boss' winner Rahul Roy suffered a brain stroke last year while shooting for his film 'LAC - Live The Battle' in Kargil and got admitted to hospital. Now, the good news is coming for his ardent fans. ETimes has it that he has resumed working and even shot for a music video earlier this week and spent a full day on the set, without any difficulty. Confirming the same, his sister Priyanka has stated that Rahul getting back to shooting is the best Raksha Bandhan gift she could've had this year. She said, 'The day when Rahul faced the cameras again was very big for us. We are thankful to God for putting him back on track. He is much better now, the only thing he is still working on is to form and speak long sentences. That will take some time but he is well on his way to recovery.' She further said, 'There have been no nights when we were woken up by Rahul in any irritation, simply because I am always awake to attend to him.' Rahul Roy also opened up on how Priyanka is a dotting sister and taking care of him. He said, 'She monitors him closely, keeping a close tab on his pulse rate. She makes healthy satvik food which has kale, broccoli, drumsticks along with fruits which are best for brain recovery.' Meanwhile, the actor's brother in law Romeer Sen also revealed that Rahul Roy is getting a lot of offers for promotional campaigns and movies too. He also added, 'God willing, he will be fully back in action'. Well, after suffering a stroke the actor and his sister Priyanka have been taking utmost care of everything from having a healthy diet to spending hours on his fitness. Earlier, Rahul Roy also shared a recovery video of himself in which he was seen doing yoga and meditation.
