As the coronavirus cases rise across the globe, doctors in India are trying to treat patients using the plasma of recently recovered patients. Kanika Kapoor also expressed her desire to help with the treatment of other patients by donating her plasma, but the doctors said due to her family's medical history, the singer isn't fit for donating her plasma. However, the doctor added that Kanika's plasma can be used for research. Kanika, who is currently in self-quarantine at her Lucknow residence, has not made any official comment on the matter yet.
